Corrosion is re-oxidation of metal (component) and leads to dimensional
inaccuracy there by causing rejection. Corrosion protection is best
achieved by using specially formulated rust preventive oils because
they are versatile in application.

Features:
Single component, ready to use.Ease of application (by brush, dip & spray).Good spread ability over all over the metal surface.Unique penetration properties, hence better corrosion protection.Apply two coats for better result (depends upon the substrate condition and Requirements).It is temporary coating to get 4-6 months of protection life from corrosion.These are solvent based and water displacing properties which can
be applied to metal component requiring protection during storage and
transportation.These formulation exhibit excellent tolerance to handling and offer good protection in humid condition.RP VIII has excellent resistance to salt and hence may be applied on component to shipped by sea (export)It may be used for protection of valuable machine tools and as
final protective for machined components having high degree of surface
finish.Dry type rust preventive oils having excellent corrosion
resistance power used for machined component & metal casting gives
better corrosion resistanceRPVIII after coating ( application)can be removed from hydrocarbon solvent.
Surface preparation:
To get excellent properties, it is must to have good surface
preparation. Ensure surface must be free from dirt, oil & grease.
Use suitable solvents for Cleaning.Important Note : Use sand blasted or phosphated surface for dry type of rust preventive oils for better corrosion protection .


Shelf life: One year from the date of manufacture.Storage: Store in dry and cool place under roof at 30oC .PACKING: 5, 10, 20 Lit container
