Wire shot blasting machine, pickling-free environmentally friendly wire rod derusting shot blasting machine is a kind of shot blasting wheel which uses high speed rotation in the blasting machine. It will use spherical or angular pellets of a certain diameter, with high speed inside the blasting wheel. The rotating blade accelerates the pellet to a speed of 75 to 100 m/s, and is directed to the surface of the wire rod. The kinetic energy of the projectile is used to destroy or break the oxide scale on the surface of the workpiece and pass the pellet to the steel pellet processor. Separation of rust and slag, mechanical equipment that completely removes rust residue.
