Work Principles:
Throw high speed pellets (steel shots or sand)by mechanical means at an specific angle to the workpiece surface, letting pellets pound ita s surface to clean up the residue and get certain roughness. At meantime, dust collector will produce negative pressure to collect the pellets, dust and other impurities, after clean in the gas stream, intact pellets will automatically recycle, while the impurities and dust will fall into the dust collection box. During operation time, by controlling and changing the pellet size and shape, adjusting machine walking speed and controlling the flow amount of the pellets, we will obtain different pellets strength, which will achieve different surface treatment effect.
