Key Features
Function-To cut rewind the papers as per the market requirement.
Heavy duty rewinder for trimming and rewinding of paper web in required reel size.
Rewinding is done by fiction on double drum rolls duly loaded with chrome coated rider roll.
Slitting arrangement is provided with pneumatically loaded trimming knives.
Framing in SS / CI / MS fabricated with proper stiffeners and cast slide for rider.
Rider roll is pneumatically balanced.
Pusher roll for the dislodging of the rewind roll on collection table.
Braking arrangement is pneumatically operated and water cooled drum is provided.
Trim handling system is provided with blower and dual ventury.
Maximum operating speed is up to 1000 MPM and driven by DC / AC variable speed drive.
