2. Made of extra heavy galvanized sheet, fan frame is processed by adopting CNC blending machine, CNC shearing machine & CNC punching machine and advanced technology, the frame has strong corrosion resistivity.
3. Unique high strength hub has better strength, tenacity and longer life than the general industrial nylon hub.
4. With automatic adjuster, the belt need not manually adjust within the service life of belt.
5. Newest type stainless steel blade, subjected to the tests of dynamic balance and static balance, ensures generation of a lot of air volume at the reasonable blade angle and a good noise control.
6. With particular pneumatic opening & shutting mechanism, aluminum alloy shutters can open and shut fully to protect against wind, rain and dust.
7. The protective screen is in the rear of fan, which is easy and convenient for installation and dismantle.
8. Adopt high quality motor for export: high efficient,energy saving, durable; whose voltage can be 380V or 220V, can be determined by customer.
9. Fan is subject to eight strict quality testing proceduresa a noise, vibration, dynamic balance, static balance, rotary concentric performance, blade rotating speed, air volume, overall efficiency test prior to delivery.
