Being made of cast aluminium, they are suitable for highly corrosive atmosphere such as in fertilizer and other chemical plants. Cast aluminium or sheet steel canopy is fitted to those meant for outdoor application. Terminal blocks are fitted inside, duly wired from the contact elements. Threaded cable entry provided for Cable Glands. 3) Push Button stations in sheet steel enclosure :These are generally custom-built to suit the customer's requirement. Push buttons with few accessories like Meters etc. can be offered . Terminal blocks are fitted inside, with contact elements duly wired up. Powder coated finish on epoxy base ensures maximum resistance to corrosion. These stations offer IP:55 degree of protection. Made of two major parts (a) actuator and (b) contact elements these push buttons are available in both 22.5 mm and 30.5 mm diameter cut-out sizes. The actuator is made of chrome plated Zinc alloy / Mazak base, with Derlin knobs in standard colours of Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Grey.
