Working principle of SF membrane filter press - dewatering machine
The most important characteristic of membrane filter press is it can squeeze the cake by second times. When the chamber is full of cakes, the feeding valve will be closed, and the air compressor will blow high pressure air into the membrane to make it expand(the membrane also can be charged by water), then a high pressure is produced. The cake will be squeezed by this pressure and the moisture will reduced by second times.
