Pre-straightening Machine

The wire fed to the drawing die is initially straightened by the pre straightening unit. The straightening done in this unit is of 2 type-vertical straightening and horizontal straightening and all the rollers are made up of h.c.h.c material and are fully hardened and grinded. Our specialty in this unit includes the use of FEED ROLLER which is used to feed the wire from pre straightener to drawing unit which results in lower man power.
