Sunigum Elastomer P95

These Sunigum Elastomer P95 is intrinsically resistant to
degradation by heat and ultra-violet (UV) radiation, and to
many chemicals including oils & fuels.
Sunigum Elastomer P95 aesthetic qualities are unique:
Bringing softness, matte surface finish and leather-like
appearance.
A. Plastic modification:
Its molecular structure was developed for thermoplastic
melt processing in blends with a variety of resins:
PVC, CPE, COPE, TPU, ASA/ABS/SAN and other polymers with some polarity such as olefin copolymers EVA, EMA (minimum 20% co-monomer).
Suniguma s basic properties and flexibilizing potential allow users to tailor-make softer grades of general-purpose and engineering grade Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE)
where aesthetics, color-retention and weatherability are of prime importance.
The TPEs can be coextruded and overmolded for costeffective
designs.
