This Polycrystalline Diamond Composite Insert Bit uses stratified material feed, sinters the multi-layers of diamond powder with different blending of size evenly on the matrix of tungsten carbide under high temperature and high pressure, and forms polycrystalline diamond layer with D-D structure on the composite insert bit surface. It uses gradient transition layer structure to connect the matrix and diamond layer, which greatly relieves the breaking and delamination of diamond layer caused by differences in thermal conductivity coefficient.
