Introducing and integrating advanced technology both home and abroad, the plastic sheet machine set ,used for making beverage cup,frozen stick cup,jelly cup and alike,mainly applies to produce PP,PE,PS plastic sheets.
1,Adopt 38CRMOALA high quality material with nitrogen treatment for the screw,barrel,die head and so on,so the parts can be used with wear and corrosive resistance.
2,With larger diameter for screw,guarantee the main performance of sheet with good plasticizing.
3,For die head,adopt advanced eletric or hydraulic exchanging device for filtering net,so the operation was simplified.

Our services*

1.Samples will be first making drawing for customer checking and confirmation then starting mould production, machine quotation based on FOB Ningbo Port.
2.Installation and Start-up: 1 or 2 technicians will be assigned to coordinate installation, commissioning and training,
cost for flight and suitable accommodation & food will be charged additionally. for cup machine noromally one week and cup line will be two weeks
