This elbow beveling machine is used for cut the end face of elbow pipe fitting. Usually our machine process range was from elbow outside diameter from 1/2 to 24 inch and wall thickness from 1.2 to 30mm. This machine suitable for stainless steel and carbon steel, copper and other alloy elbow pipe.
Usually after we forming an elbow pipe, the end face was not smooth and we must process it when we connect the pope line. So this machine can meet our target. We have both manual operation type and CNC automatic type for this machine. For manual operation type machine, the feed system was by manual power. It suitable for small size and thickness elbow pipe and very easy to operate, and very cheap price.
CNC type was full automatic machine. It have more high production efficiency and more better precision.
Work environment
1. Normal pressure and temperature
2. Humidity: relative humidity is lower than 90%
3. Main circuit: 50HZ/380-415V, three phase, control circuit DC24V. Or according to the customer.
