Direction to use

Hair - Adding peppermint oil to shampoo will help stimulate scalp and help get rid of dandruff.
Chest cold- Rubbing a few drops of peppermint oil on chest will help break up mucus and open up your airways.
Room Freshener- For fresh and fragrant atmosphere add 2-4 drops on vaporizer. Also add to spray bottle 4 drops to 200ml water and spray. add few drops to water used for cleaning the floor, tables and counters.
By Compress May soothe aches, sprains or swelling. add 1 drop for 100 ml cold or hot water . soak cloth in the water , squeeze it tightly and place over the affected area for 10 min. repeat the procedure 3-4 times. Use hot water for muscular aches and cold for sprains or headaches.
Bath- Add 2-4 drops in one bucket warm water and take bath. Can take foot bath.
Massage- Add 10 to 30 drops in 50 ml base or carrier oil (coconut, til or corn oil ) and massage on affected area or give full body massage.

Not to be taken orally.
Do not use essential oils for children age below one year.
Reduce the number of essential oil drops to half or one fourth according to age in children below 12 Years.
Never use essential oil directly. Always mix them with base or carrier oil.
Avoid in pregnancy, lactation, infants, patients with epilepsy, asthma, heart problems, cancer, fever, allergy, infectious skin conditions, post operative period.
Avoid contact with eyes, genital area, open wounds.
Store in cool and dry place, away from sunlight, heat and children. Close the cap tightly and avoid contact with water.
