Automatic Pe Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Machine

The machine can be used to produce PE double wall corrugated pipe with the inner diameter of up to 1500mm.

1. As the core part of the corrugated pipe machine, Zhongyun Technology Model ZTC-1500H corrugator can realize efficient cooling and fast molding of double wall corrugated pipe through adopting the patent technology of PQF forced fast cooling technique. Comparing with the cooling method of previous corrugator, it greatly raises the efficiency of both corrugations forming and cooling of the corrugated pipe. Consequently, the output of the corrugated pipe machine is increased by 40%.

2. The calibrating mandrel on our double wall corrugated pipe machine has a super abrasion resistance, and the lifespan of our calibrating mandrel is as long as the whole machine, which means that you needna t to change the calibrating mandrel during your long-term use of the double wall corrugated pipe machine. Even using the recycled PE material for production of the double wall corrugated pipe, our calibrating mandrel will not be abraded.

3.The advanced programmable lubricating system decreases abrasion of mould blocks to a minimum while lengthening their lifespan and ensuring running precision of the corrugated pipe machine and stable quality of the corrugated pipe.
