Prior to dispatch of the range to our clients, these are passed through various tests including dimensional checking, hydro testing (pressure test), flattening test and drift test. Global standard lancing pipes are widely accepted for blowing oxygen in electric arc furnace. Cited below are some of the features including dimensions of our pipes: Sizes: 6 mm NB to 40 mm NB, outside diameter from 9.5 mm to 48.3 mm, wall thickness from 1.80 mm to 3.20 mm, length up to 7.00 mtrs Pipe ends: Plain, Threaded or Non Threaded with crimping coupling Surface finish: 1) Black (self-colored), 2) Ceramic coated (inside as well as outside) Production standards: Confirming to IS -10577 Packing: Black lancing Pipes in Bare bundles.
