Specific characteristics of the ERW precision tubes are following:
- Tolerances: Outside Diameter Pipes size upto & including 1/2 inches + 1 - 0.4mm + 1 -1 %, pipe size 2 inches or above
- Thickness: -12.5% (max)
- Weight: + 1 -10%
- Testing: +1 - 0.4mm
Being quality focused company; we offer the ERW precision tubes which are passed through following testing:
Bend Test For Pipes upto & including2 inches: Bending angles 90, bending radius 12 times to the OD of tubes (no crack in body & weld.)
Flattening Test for pipes over 2 inches:
1. Flatten upto 2/3 of OD for ductility of weld
2. Flatten upto 1/3 of OD for ductility of steel
3. Full Flattening for testing of lamination.
