Ltd., are amongst the prominent Processors and Manufacturer of a comprehensive range of Jaggery (Conical typical Bhelies, Cake, Powder and Syrup) Products. It is a Dream project of Energetic Promotors, entrepreneurs with the vision to develop the local sourcing area of sugarcane in Girana River Basin. We are manufacturing Natural Jaggery & that too without chemical, with highly sophisticated technology which is FIRST time in our plant & State. Manufacturing of Jaggery is done in well hygienic manner as total process is enclosed and is happening in controlled temperature parameters by experts of the domain. Following are the salient features of our unit: - 1) No BOILER means, no black smoke, no ash, no burning of bagasse as fuel. The required Heat is generated by Modern Process. This is the first Sugar or Jaggery plant without Boiler. We are ecofriendly for air contaminations than our competition 2) Zero Discharge Unit. No contaminated residual is generated. Re-circulation system is in place to use discharge material. We are ecofriendly for soil & water contaminations than our competition 3) It's an Environmental Friendly Factory, as we use Green energy. 4) No by- products like Molasses or Press Mud. These are being processed by Using Filter Press. This filter Press is designed especially for cleaning these elements from juice. They are not coming in final products so our jiggery is totally soluble on your sweet tooth & tong. 5) This flagship Technology is used first time in India & is well protected intellectually. Total plant from juice tanks, Bodies, pipe lines, cooling trays, are made by using Stainless Steel & that too adhering International standard. All food grade instruments & utensils are used during procurement to dispatch. Our plant is Fully Automated. 6) Lastly, our vision is to offer & invest in new dimensions & technology as a leader to jaggery industry of new generation demanding high standards of food safety as well as social responsibility, occupational safety and environmental management, as consumers are running away from only sugar-based sweeting options 7) This project is surely Socio economy friendly venture.
