OkraVir
Virus attack on young Okhra (Bhendi) plants is a common threat to the crop.
Virus type Begomovirus enters young plant and grows into fully developed Virions.
Preventive sprays of OkraVir, starting from 8th day from plantation in the field is necessary to prevent Virus entry in to young plants.
Sprays should be repeated every 8th day till 60 days from plantation.
OkraVir is a product formulated using Natural active Ingredients and helps in avoiding the disease.
The virus type is classified as Begomovirus and is treated in such a way that, virulent bodies are unable Mutate. Virulent bodies therefore, succumb to OkraVirs active ingredients.
Dosage:
Preventive: After transplantation, spray by foliar application @ 2ml/ltr water on 8th day. Repeat the spray every 8th day.
Time of application: Early morning hours OR Before the Sun-set.
Vector Control: It is necessary to take necessary measures to control the spread of Virus due to vector movement.
