Ingredients

cup curd

2 spoon ragi flour

1 spoon suji

1 spoon Besan

2-3 curry leaves

Onion

String Beans

Carrot

Green Chilli

Capsicum

Salt

Direction

1. Mix suji, ragi, Besan ,beans, carrot, green chilli, capsicum, salt, curd and to create a batter easy enough to pour on the pan

2. Mix all the ingredients and make small size pancakes on non stick tava. (Prefer to cover the pan with the lid to avoid sticking).

3. Serve hot.
