MINSOL imparts body,weight and drape to textile fabrics.finishes obtained with amrutsol are outstanding in transparency,and resistance to sunlight,abration,mildew attack and atmospheric agencies.they are unaffected by dilute acids and alkalis and they do not retain chlorine. Being a thermoplastic resin, it produces semi-permanent finished which satisfy normal requirements of laundering. The wash fastness of the finishes can be enhanced by incorporating in the finish,the thermosetting resins like ureaformaldehyde,melamine formaldehyde,dimethynol ethelene urea etc. MINSOL finishes do not cause yellowing of the finished fabrics on storage.

Being non-ionic, MINSOL is compatible with most of the textile finishing agents, such as starch, wax emulsions optical whiteners, water proofing agents, cationic and anionic softeners, etc, however, preliminary trials may be conducted to confirm compatibility. It can be diluted with cold or hot water in all proportions and the diluted solutions,possess good stability and can be stored for long period without degradation.

APPLICATION:

MINSOL finishes are normally applied for padding with a squueze of 60 to 70% the temperature of the pading solution varying between 25 deg. C and 70 deg. C,depending upon the wettability of the goods.these finishes can also be applied from winch,beck or jigger.

The concentration of the padding liquir depends upon the finish desired,squeeze of the padding mangle,and the nature of the fabric being finished.

After padding the goods are dried at temperature above 80 deg.C on stenter or drying cylinders,it is recommended to wrap the first few cylinders with cloth.if the finished goods are to be calandered,warm calandering is recommended as at high temperatures,due to thermoplastic nature of MINSOL,the finish might stick to the calander rollers.
