DMDHU is a low formaldehyde crosslinking agent for the crease resistant,dimensionally stable finishing of textiles of cellulosic fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres.

- Additives,softners,filling agents,water repellent agents and fluorescent

- DMDHU imparts excellent crease and shrink-resistant properties to textile of cotton and viscose and their blends
- DMDHU has a very low formaldehyde content.as a result it meets the very stringent requirements of the consumer labels such as eco-tax standard 100 for textiles worn next to skin(<75 ppm formaldehyde on the goods)this applies particularly to the assessment method as described in japan law 112-1973.
- DMDHU gives excellent durable press ratings.tensile strength and tear strength are on par with the best products in the market
- DMDHU shows no chlorine retention on 100% cotton.it is non-yellowing and hence leads to no noticeable shade change
- DMDHU is recommended for application to heavier cotton articles and viscose fibres.
APPLICATIONS:
Definish with enzyme biolose bp -- treat with above
recipes--hydroextract upto 80% residual moisture-dry upto 20% residual
moisture.press and cure 150deg.C for 7-8 mins.
If extremely soft finish is needed,cationic softner
concentration 5-10 gpl can also be added.
