TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Emulsifying system: non-ionic
- pH: 7. 5 to 8
- Miscibility: misciable with water in any proportion
APPLICATION:
A. Preparation of kerosene emulsion:
- Water: 18%
- Emulcifier 2%
- Kerosene80%
B. In above emulsion add:
- Binder-ALN10%
- Pigment emulsion 8%
- Fixer CCL 2 to 3%
- Catalyst1%
After printing through drying is required to remove last tracks if kerosene oil. Quring is done at 140 deg. C to 150 deg. C for 3-5 minutes respectively.
Packing: 50 kgs carboys and 220 kgs drum
