Galvanized layer is covered on the steel panel; the anti-corrosion ability is stronger than cold galvanizing steel. Aluminum alloy materials mainly adopt imported raw materials. In panel machining, coiled material is machined through nineteen processes. Surface and bottom are coated with paintings. Every machining process will be finished by a 180m production line. Automatic procedure ensures the color of coating and quality of aluminum coil. Machining equipments are completely controlled by computer to ensure the consistency of quality and reduce personal error.
