Features:-
FRAME: Rigid Frame is fabricated from steel Plates with interlocked design. The interlocked construction of frame supports the ram & Bed against any unexpected deflection under permissible loading condition.

RAM & BED: Ram & Bed are made out of steel plates in suitable thickness. they are fully machined for straightness and parallelism and their upper surface is ground to keep the die in correct alignment.

DRIVE SYSTEM: Two individual gear drives transmit the power to the ram generating uniform load distribution through out the length. Gears & Pinions are made out of high quality alloy steel. The gear system provides appropriate speed to balance the transmission of torque on the eccentrics.
Ram Adjustment Mechanism: Motorized ram adjustment mechanism is provided to facilitate quick bending angle adjustment.

CLUTCH & BRAKE ASSEMBLY: Clutch & Brake assembly are manufactured from high quality alloy steels and are designed to prove easy accessibility, simple adjustment and to pick loads from standing
