Ingredients : Coriander, Cumin Seeds, Dry Ginger, Fennel Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Red Chilli, Mustard, White Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Kachri, Mace, Cloves, Cassia, Black Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Dehydrated Onion, Fenugreek Seeds, Kasoori Methi, Green Cardamom, Nutmeg, Dehydrated Garlic and Asafoetida.
How To Use : Heat approx. 150g cooking oil. Fry 500g chopped onions till golden brown. Add two chopped tomato, one tea spoonful Red Chilli Powder and 25g Rakesh Meat Masala. Stir till paste is ready. Add 1 Kg dressed meat or Chicken with salt to taste and simmer till tender on low heat. Now meat is ready for the feast.
