How To Use : Soak 250g Chick Peas/Chhole. In a large heat 50g Cooking Oil. Fry Two Chopped Onions till Golden Brown. Add Two Chopped Tomatoes and stir. Add 20g Rakesh Chana Masala & Salt to the taste. Add water and 1g Baking Soda. Simmer for 35-40 minutes on low heat and put some Rakesh Kasoori Methi before taking off from the low heat.
