Ingredients : (in descending order by weight) Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cassia, Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Mace, Red Chilli, Fenugreek Leaves

Cooking Instruction:- Heat oil or Ghee (200g) in a pan over medium heat add finely chopped onions (1 piece) Tomato ( 2 piece) add 15 pieces of cashew nuts and fry for few minutes. Add Rakesh Shahi Briyani Masala Powder (50g) water 8 cups (1.9 ltr.) and salt to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil and add the rice (750g) and let the rice cook. Once the rice is cooked, serve the Briyani Hot.
