Working Principle
De-Stoner has a capacity to handle 5 tones of whole mango. The machine is mainly designed to take whole mango fruits and the blades are so adjusted not to damage the stones in the fruit sleeves is fabricated out of 2mm thick sheet and is reinforced by circular rings. The screen is mounted in the de-stoner body having self locking system also on railing is provided for easy removal of sleeves with necessary tolerance. The sealed bearing one fitted on the main shaft. On either side oil seal is provided. The end bearing is fitted on the shaft itself and doesnt come with the cover. The top cover is also hinged with clamps.
