Working Principle
The washed fruits from the screw conveyor (sprays the clean water on the fruit to maintain hygiene) proceed to the tip cutting conveyor. There are about 35 -40 persons standing on both sides of the conveyor to cut the tip, black spots found on the fruit and for removing unripe fruits from the tip cutting conveyor belt. Here the tip of the fruit is removed on both sides automatically.
