Magnetizer Machines are composed of high-pressure oil-immersed capacitor, silicon controlled rectifier (scr) and control circuit. ac rise the power supply voltage through isolation transformer, then transform to dc through a rectifier to charge the capacitor. the high-voltage direct current energy is stored in the capacitor, reaches the setting voltage to shut off the charging circuit, finally, through control scr, high-voltage energy discharge the magnetizing coil to generate a strong magnetic field to magnetize the magnet to saturation state.
