1. Features of Longitudinal Double-End Tenoner :
This machine is used for processing the longitudinal edge of flooring. It has 10 shafts involved in the processing. The 10 knife shafts can rotate at the required angle to meet the need of processing different clip type flooring. The conveying chain adopts bearing system, and the rail of the chain use special material which make the machine has lasting process precision.

Clamp of knife-tool tip adopts Germany pneumatic membrane type, with oil-spray device, reduce scratch on the board surface.

Each adjusting dimension indicated by digital reading. And a dial gauge is assembled on each knife-tool shaft. Which is easy for adjusting. The electric control counter adopts CRT touch screen with many operational human-machine interfaces (such as a flooring process experta , a 3-grade maintenancea , a malfunction trouble shootinga , etc.), easy for operation and adjustment. This machine adopts automatic-adjustable board pressing device, which can ensure the process precision, and improve the machine reliability and durance. De-dusting hood is tailor-made for different customer according to his knife tool, this can ensure good de-dusting effect. Meanwhile, beautiful, practical safety hood is assembled on the machine to de-dust and absorb noise.
