Basic configuration of the proposed system is designed for production of long-cut (up to 500mm), pasta (spaghetti) with capacity up to 250 kg / h The complex can be fitted with auxiliary equipment for the production a short-cut (up to 40mm) pasta with capacity up to 300 kg/h.

High vacuum at mixing allow to create products of unique appearance and quality. The special head to press allows to press after minor retrofit work except for long-cut macaroni (spaghetti, noodles, noodles with a fringe, tubule) all kinds short-cut macaroni.
