Our Level Control Trainer is designed for demonstration the measurement and control of water level in tank. This trainer provides a hands on experience on how to operate a level control loop using microprocessor based PID controller. The design consists of industrial grade process equipment to exhibit a realistic working environment of a standard industrial process of level control in tank.

The Level Transmitter senses the level of water in process tank and gives the signal to the controller. The controller on receiving the level signal and according to provided set point gives the required output to I/P controller which further varies the flow of water by adjusting the pneumatic valve opening. All this operations are done through a customized SCADA Software provided with the trainer.
