Cascade Control Trainer

Electric Cascade Control Trainer is fabricated to understand and recognized the modern controlling methods which are normally used in the complex process. It can be easily configured under the needs and demands of clients. This trainer comprises a water supply tank, transparent tank, with various rotameters, transmitters and controlling valves. Electric Cascade Control Trainer is installed on the housing pattern for table top fixing. It is engraved with indication of stop water and automatic switches to handle it in a convenient way.

Overview :

Our Cascade Control Trainer is designed for demonstration the measurement and control of Level as well as flow in a single process. This trainer simulates advanced Cascade Control Loop found in various industries having complex processes. This trainer provides an excellent experimental introduction to fundamentals of control engineering. The design consists of industrial grade process equipment to exhibit a realistic working environment of a standard industrial process control.

In Cascade Control Trainer user can perform different experiments such as Level Control, Flow Control and Cascade Control in a single system. In Cascade Control mode the level transmitter senses the level of water in process tank and provide the reading to the controller. The controller converts the received level readings to flow reading required for maintaining the tank level as per provided set point. The DPT further maintains the required flow rate by providing signal to I/P controller which further varies the flow of water by adjusting the pneumatic valve opening. All this operations are done through a customized SCADA Software provided with the trainer.
