With the assistance of our experienced team members and owing to our modern production unit, we are able to export a wide range of laying up machines in rigid or planetary form. These are utilized for assembly of various cores like 3, 3-1/2, 4 of xlpe insulated copper / aluminium conductors sector shaped cores. Assembly of 4 round cores is also possible with these machine. Equipped with caterpillar to enable user for constant pulling, the sector correction can be done manually or with the help of motors. Besides these, the other specific details of these machines are as follows:

* Configuration 1+3, 1+4 or 4
* Rigid, sun & planetary type
* Twisting with or without back twist
* Main cage is supported on anti friction bearing on rear end and under rollers on front end
* Bobbins are mounted on cradle fastened between steel fabricated discs
* Bobbin holding on pintles with locking arrangement
* Each bobbin has constant tension controlled mechanically
* Lay adjustment by change of lever with multi speed change gear box
