Laboratory Water Bath - Double Walled Stainless Steel | High Accuracy Temperature Control Up To 250â°c, Insulated For Optimal Performance

Construction:
All Baths are single/double walled in construction. In case of double walled Baths, the outer wall is made of Mild Steel Sheet and the Inner wall is made of suitably thick Stainless Steel Sheet of 304 quality. The Baths are painted in an attractive stove enamel spray paint. (SS exteriors are also provided as per requirements.)

Insulation:
Insulation is provided in all the double walled Baths to prevent any undesired loss of temperature inside the Baths. 2" thick glasswool insulation is provided in case of High Temperature Baths and 3" thick glasswool insulation, in combination with Low Temperature protection Kenee Foam, is provided in all Low Temperature Baths.

Heating & Cooling:
Heating is provided through long lasting sealed heaters supported on refractory bases / immersion type heater fixed at the bottom of the working chambers. A hermetically sealed compressor, coupled with an evaporation coil and fan cooled condenser, assembled in an easily serviceable tray at the bottom provides the cooling for below ambient temperatures.

Temperatures:
The temperature ranges from above ambient to 100oC in all heated baths but extends to 250oC in case of Oil Baths. In the Low Temperature Baths, the temperature ranges from ambient to - 40oC. Accuracy is as per table attached.
