The separation of minerals in jigs is provided through a pulsation movement which stimulates movement in the media and on the screen in jig basement. Here, the aim is to open the concentrated material on the screen by enlarging and to enable the pass of the higher density and tiny particles through the gaps of the formed bearing by controlling this opening and to enable the lamination of the large and high density particles on the bearing. In other words, it is the provision of lamination of different density minerals in the material fed into the jig through vertical (lift and force) movement stimulated to the media as the heaviest minerals below and the lightest minerals on top on the jig basement (screen). Meanwhile, during the upwards (force) movement of the bearing on the screen, the large sized and high density minerals in the feeding product pass under the screen through opened bearing material. If the media is vibrant during jigging process, fixed screen is used. If the media is static, a vertical movement screen could also be used.
