Swing Jaw and Fixed Jaw :
Swing jaw & Fixed Jaw are compiled with Jaw plates manufactured from high manganese steel which provides high wear resistance to Swing Jaws which enhances life of the same. Jaws assembly have been designed for easy removal and fitment.

Eccentric Shaft :
Eccentric shaft is manufactured from alloy steel and mounted on roller bearings of ample capacity for smooth running.

spacerFly wheels :
JCCrushers manufactures Crushers with Double Fly wheels. Due to Double Fly wheel Crusher extracts 30% less power when started. It results power savings to user.

Pitman :
Pitman" means "connecting rod", but in a jaw crusher it doesn't connect two things. The pitman refers to the moving jaw in a jaw crusher. It achieves the reciprocating movement through the eccentric motion of the flywheel shaft. This creates enormous force in each stroke. Jaw crusher Pitman is manufactured from high quality steel plates. The Pitman is fitted with two replaceable steel toggle bar.
