It is a horizontal shaft imactor, where fed stone breaks in smaller pieces by impact process and not as in the jaw crusher.

On this base plate there is fitted a rotating chamber consisting a set of Mn. Steel rollers, bounded by two pieces of Mn. Steel inner and outer rings. The inner surface of rotating chamber contains liners and teeth of Mn. Steel. The rotation of the roller assembly is provided with a steel shaft of ENB tested quality material. This shaft is driven by C.I. drive pulley, this shaft rotates through a set nos brackets fabricated in mild steel or in casted brackets. All other parts of the body are in high quality tested mild steel.
