Induction Coil Coating Powder

It is available in the form of a fine powder and a solution. This is turned and sets hard like a stone after it is mixed. However, it does not require any external heating with bulb or heater and keeps one free from the worry of moisture evaporation as the solution gets reacted and no moisture is left behind. Available in fine powder form there is no need to screen the material as well as it does not either need water addition hence no moisture evaporation period required.

Coilset is a Magnesia based loop covering two part frameworks for prompting heater oil. It is generally available in minute powder and solution. It is easily solidify after 3 hours when it is mixed with the solution. There is no need of external heat of combustion system for chemical reaction. Also, there is no moisture evaporation as with the reaction, there is no moisture is left behind.

Coilset is available in a fine powder form, unlike other castable cements, so you really dont need to filter it. This will minimize the cost of filtering of cement. Also, because of its no moisture redundancy, so there is no need to add extra water. The biggest advantage is it has no maintenance requirement.

Method of Use

• Use two part powder and one part solution by a specific mass
• To form a paste, mix these two things uniformly
• Then apply it on the coil as per your requirement
• Then let it remain in that way for 3 hours. It will turn into rock solid.
• For different setting, you can apply heat.
