Preparation of Mixtures
- It is available dry form in excellent quality bags
- This material is unpacked on clean surface where it is used.
- Offered material should be thoroughly mixed before dissolved in water.
- Then after requisite amount of water should be added slowly. (Approximately about 8-10% depending on consistency required).
- Mixed it thoroughly in water.
- It should be covered about 24 hours with wet gunny bags so that full plasticity is developed.
Important Note:
- All the strings should be removed before its packaging.
- Remove strings and any other other material from it that will create cavity on heating.
- Cavity will damage lining that results in reduction of lining life.
