Whether processing V-or U-notched ATC is not required, processing one sample gap only need 10 seconds, it is easy to operate and reliable for processing the V-and U-gap, it can separately meet GB2106-80 a metal Charpy (V type notch) impact test methoda and GB229-2007 a metal Charpy (U-type notch) impact test methoda , as well as the corresponding request of ASTM E23, ISO148, ISO0083 standards at home and abroad.
The broaching machine adopts W18Cr4V manufacturing, high hardness, good wear resistance, each broach can process the samples as many as 20,000.
