Cooling Table Hc 650 - Maintenance-free Design , Adjustable Air Pad For Gentle Cooling And Scratch-free Transport

The cooling table HC 650 is designed for the printed circuits being gently cooled off after the hot-tinning process and scratch-free transported to the after-purifier. The special air guide makes an air pad formed on top of the breadboard where the printed circuit boards are put upon after the tinning. The uniformity of this air pad ensures a gentle cooling of the printed circuit board without distortion and scratches on the tinned soldering surfaces.

The transport to the after-purifier is made on the air pad according to the gravity principle via slight declivity. An adjustable high-duty ventilator allows the thickness of the air pad to infinitely be varied. Pneumatically retractable pins on the outlet control the dwell time of the printed circuit board on the air pad and ensure a straight infeed to the after-purifier. The cooling section is absolutely maintenance-free and suitable for being integrated into a horizontal after-purification section.
