Plus the fiberization is better with a softer treatment of the fibres due to reduced shear forces. But the chances of fibre loss are more due to the high inconsistencies involved. Thus Servall designed its high consistency pulper loop to ensure optimum fiberization of waste paper / broke at low energy consumption and low fibre losses. The loop consists of a HIGH CONSISTENCY PULPER, a HIGH CONSISTENCY SERVO SORTER and the TROMMEL as an option.
