Application scope:
The products include liquid pipe (KML) and gas pipe (KMQ) ( with the working temperature not greater than 40A c). The liquid pipe can be used for water supply & drainage and guniting in underground coal mine. The gas pipe can be used for compressing air and drawing out methane in underground coal mine.
Principle:
PE pipe of steel wire mesh skeleton for underground coal (hereinafter referred to as the pipe) is mainly made of polyvinyl resin with the high-tensile steel wire as the reinforcement. After addition of appropriate auxiliaries, it is extruded at high temperature. Its performance combines the characters of general PE pipe with that of itself (antistatic behavior, flame retardance and high strength).
Performance characteristics:
It has characters as follows: relatively high strength, rigidity, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, wearing resistance, smooth inner wall without scale formation, flame retardance, antistatic behavior, light weight, ease construction and so on.
