Application scope:
It is used for solid-liquid separation of all kinds of suspension. The application is wide including solid-liquid separation of coal, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, light industry, food environment protection, textile, etc.

Characteristic features:
1. The filter plate is made of reinforced PP by a die pressing technology. It is of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, acid and base resistance, non-toxicity and no taste;
2. The automatic pulling plate is controlled by an electronic system or full-automatically controlled by a computer; the quantity of the pulling plates can be designed according to users' requirements. It can pull 2 to 5 filter plates at one time;
3. The complete machine frame is welded of high-strength steel to support the weight of the filter plates and the great pressure due to filter pressing;
4. A hydraulic apparatus is adopted for the drive mechanism for pressing and relaxing the filter plate with the maximum pressure being 25MPa. An electric contact pressure gauge is also used for automatic pressure;
