Key Features
Application scope: This machine is widely applicable for crushing coarse material of medium hardness in iron & steel and metallurgical mine and other industries. It is generally used to crushing the fiery agglomerate discharged from a sintering machine to the suitable granularity. The maximum working temperature can reach about 900.
Characteristic features:-
1. It adopts a whole surfacing wear-resistant alloy hammer, movable trolley seat and open type shield for convenient and quick maintenance and overhauling.
2. It adopts spiral hammer layout to reduce impact load on the equipment and improve the capacity / electric energy ratio of the equipment.
3. The drive end of the roller is equipped with a safety device which takes effect in case of over load to stop the equipment, which is safe and reliable. The spindle adopts water cooling to improve the service life of the roller and grid plate distinctly.
