Gear Hobber Machine

Gear Hobber is a machine used to cut Spur, Helical, Worm Wheels & chain Sprockets. The teeth cutting is done with the help of Gear Hob. The products starts from 1 module to 12 module in capacity and the diameter from 10 mm to 1000 mm. The machine is fully self designed to give extra productivity with a very low cost. The machine is made of grey cast iron duly seasoned for a minimum period of 12 months to avoid distortions. The shafts are made of En-24 and the gear material is 8620 or 20 MnCr5. The gears are duly heat treated. The teeth cutting of the gears is done on Maag gear planner. The accuracy of the machine is 0.02mm to 0.07 mm depending up on the size of the gear. The indexing worm is made of En 24 and the worm wheel is made of phosphors Bronze. All the gears are oil dipped and the machine has automatic self lubricating system. The machine is guaranteed for a period of 12 months against any manufacturing defects. The machine is suitable for auto industries also.
