MAIN SPECIFICATIONS:
Full Auto cotton buds packing machine uses PLC process control and open-type hot-air circulating drying technology to dry the cotton swabs during the operation process. The machine also has servo motor control the vacuum suction step and a full auto packing table, hence, it can create a continuous production process from cotton breaking, molding, to cotton drying and packing.
The machine is suitable to be used for cotton buds square box with 50 till 400 sticks, cotton buds round tin with 50 till 300 sticks or plastic blister cards with100 till 700 sticks
Replaceable packing table make it convenient for various option of different packaging. The knifes can be used to replace for packing table, that makes the price of machine slip down. Cotton buds are delivered from drying part to conveyer band by the gears, the process occurs with stability&no stuck.
