The raw materials for Fly ash brick are:

Fly ash=162kg, sand/stone dust=280kg,
Lime=39kg, gypsum=13kg and cement=6kg.
Total formula of 500kg material.
Fly ash bricks are lighter than clay bricks.
Normally, We use following raw materials to make Flyash bricks:
30% fly ash
slag 30%
30% nitrate stone
cement 8-10 %
Rock 0.2%
fine sand .
(100kg/cm2 plus 8% cement , 150kg/cm2 10% cement)
